Closing your account

If you wish to close your account, please get in touch with our customer support via email at support@dogebet.com. Any remaining balance in the account will be made available for withdrawal, subject to identity verification and the submission of required documents as per these T&Cs.

The method of repayment will be determined at our sole discretion.

Dogebet reserves the right to close your Member Account and refund the available balance, less any applicable withdrawal charges, at its discretion, without any obligation to provide a reason.

Dogebet also reserves the right to withhold and remove any unused bonuses awarded to you.

Suppose a user utilizes bonus funds to play Games that do not count towards meeting the bonus requirements. In that case, Dogebet reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money, void winnings without notice, and lock the user's account in violation.
